Returns/Exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges. 

Please contact us within: 48 hours of delivery

Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

 

The following items can't be returned or exchanged.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

-Custom or personalized orders

-Clearance items (Final Sale)

 

Returns and Exchange details:

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase; we will gladly exchange for a different size, color and/or scent. To qualify for either, your items must meet the below criteria:

- You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

- Items are in their original selling condition: 

        -Items must be unused and showing no signs of wear and tear.

        -Free of odors, including but no limited to perfume, cologne,      

         cigarette smoke, and pets odors/hair.

 

If we receive return or exchange items that fail to meet the above guidelines, the offer to exchange or refund your original purchase may be voided.

 

We DO NOT cover the cost of return shipping unless we have made a mistake on your order, or the item arrived damages and/or defective. 

For pre-approved exchanges, we DO cover the cost to ship your replacement item(s). If you live outside the US; we do not cover any shipping cost for returns or exchanges.

 

Please review your order details; Name, mailing address, and the items in the cart carefully before submitting your orders.

If an incorrect address is provided please contact us immediately. Once your order is shipped we have no controlled of making any changes. If you provide an old/incorrect address please be aware we are NOT responsible for any resulting loss or damaged package.
